Terms of service

Repairs:

You have 30 calendar days to return a damaged item from the date you received it. We value and stand by the workmanship of every item and will happily repair any item whenever possible. To be eligible for a repair, your item must not damaged due to neglect or misuse. Your item must be returned in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inspect the item and notify you on its status. If your item is approved, we will confirm your repair order and complete repairs within 3 - 5 business days (provided materials are in stock).

Exchanges:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item for exchange from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition when shipped. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inspect the item and notify you on its status. ALL exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your exchange total.
