Refunds:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inspect the return and notify you on its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee) to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

EARRINGS: Due to health concerns there will be no refunds or exchanges on any earring items.
