Refunds:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inspect the return and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus the original shipping cost and 10% restocking fee) to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Repairs:

You have 30 calendar days to return a damaged item from the date you received it. We value and stand by the workmanship of every item and will happily repair any item whenever possible. To be eligible for a repair, your item must not be damaged due to neglect or misuse. Your item must be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inspect the item and notify you of its status. If your item is approved, we will confirm your repair order and complete repairs within 3–5 business days (provided materials are in stock).

Exchanges:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item for exchange from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition when shipped. Your item must be in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will immediately inspect the item and notify you of its status. All exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your exchange total.

Shipping and Restocking Fees:

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. ALL returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund
